Elin and Sissel are two final-year high school students reflectin on their experiences living in Kiruna (Sweden).Both of them say they like their current school. Since they never attended the old one, they can❜t compare the two, but they describe the new building as moderna, but also that “it feels like there is no soul”. Speaking about life in Kiruna today, Sissel explains that the old town still feels more like home. Although she sees the relocation as a new beginning, she also describes it as a bittersweet moment. Elin and Sissel reflect on how different the city feels now, almost like an entirely different place, and how these changes have affected their understanding of home.
